Trading through Trade Assurance Order would be the safest option. Customer pays to the Platform first, after we show related documents showing that we have shipped the goods, than the supplier can withdraw the money. After a month the customer receives the goods, and it is not same as discussed, than you can apply for refund.

Maybe most suppliers can be good in written English, using a translation APP. But not all suppliers can speak fluent English on the phone with you! And not all suppliers can answer your phone call in the middle of the night if you have an urgent matter. But we can, we have a team with very good communication skills, fluent speaking English.
